All Jerome Village Community Center member households are now required to fill out an electronic membership application. Please follow the steps below to complete the 2018 form.

NOTE: If submitting after May 21, please contact the Community Center at 614-733-0999 during normal operational hours to coordinate pick-up of your household’s membership ID badge 2018 stickers required to access the pool. 

New JVCC members can also schedule an appointment during normal operation hours to have your family photos taken and the ID created. 

Lost badges can be replaced for a $10 fee.

Jerome Village features 11 different architectural styles within 13 neighborhoods. The Courtyards at Jerome Village

The Courtyards at Jerome Village feature condominium style living available from Epcon Communities. In this neighborhood, located across from the community center off of Ryan Parkway.These maintenance free courtyard homes range from $350k-$550k.

Arrowwood Neighborhood

Arrowwood Neighborhood features a variety of builders including 3 Pillar Homes, Bob Webb Group, Compass Homes, Coppertree Homes, Manor Homes, Regent Homes and Romanelli & Hughes. In this neighborhood, located off of Hyland Croy Rd. and Ryan Parkway, you will find 80×120 – 90×120 ft lots surrounded by beautiful trees and natural green space with home prices ranging from around $550,000-$750,000.

Black Oak Neighborhood

Black Oak neighborhood is a semi-private cul-de-sac surrounded by tall tree lines and green space. Dogwood Neighborhood

Dogwood neighborhood features Rockford Homes and Schottenstein Homes, and includes 120 lots situated on tree lined streets.  This neighborhood is accessible off of Jerome Rd. with prices ranging from $300,000 – $400,000, and lots range from 65×120 – 76×120.

Eversole Run

Eversole Run is situated north of Wells Rd. off of Hyland Croy Rd. featuring premium home sites surrounded by the natural beauty of mature trees, ravines and creeks. Eversole Run home sites will be between 90×150 – 115×190 in size, while pricing will range from $750,000 to over $2 million. The BIA 2018 Parade of  Homes will be located in this neighborhood.

Orchid Hill

Orchid Hill  Neighborhood  is Jerome Village’s newest neighborhood comprised of 147 lots. 46 of the 147 lots have been released to sell between Rockford Homes and Schottenstein Homes. In this neighborhood, located off of Ravenhill Parkway, you will find 70×130-80×130 lots includes well planned landscaping and natural green space with home prices starting in the $400k-$500k.

Persimmon Neighborhood

With entrances off of Brock Road and Ryan Parkway, Persimmon neighborhood features 56 wooded cul-de-sac lots. Builders featured in this neighborhood include Fischer Homes, Rockford Homes, and Truberry Custom Homes. Lot sizes range from 70×120 – 80×120 while pricing ranges from $400k-$600k.


Plum Ridge Place

Nestled within Eversole Run, you will be greeted by gates opening to this private community that includes beautiful rolling hills and tree-lined park spaces. Sugar Maple Neighborhood
