The new Kroger Marketplace at Jerome Village is getting some neighbors.
With the grocery set to open next week at 12116 Sycamore Trace in Union County, Nationwide Realty Investors announced some of the tenants that will join the store as part of the new Jerome Village Market center.
Tenants in those spaces will be:
- Village Vision Eye Care.
- Burton Family Dental Jerome.
- Great Clips hair salon.
Restaurants, a learning center and a nail salon also are in the plans for that building.
There are several outparcels around the property as well.
Primrose School already is open in its stand-alone building. Jerome Dental, Dublin Jerome Eyecare, the Kroger fuel center and both Chase and Fifth Third banks are in the plans as well.
NRI also said there will be additional restaurants along Route 42.
Memorial Health will build a medical facility on 4 acres near Route 42 and Ravenhill Parkway.
Barrington School and a locally owned hardware store are possible tenants for sites near the corner of Ravenhill Parkway and Ewing Road.
“This is a really strong growth corridor in Central Ohio,” NRI President Brian Ellis said in a press release. “In addition to supporting a lot of new jobs and economic activity, this retail center will serve as a hub of activity in Jerome Village and a draw well beyond the community’s borders. It’s all coming together: the jobs, the homes and the retail services, making this an even more desirable place to live and work.”
