The banking arm of New York City-based JPMorganChase & Co. is moving and consolidating several older suburban branches and plans to establish a new site near fast-growing Plain City.
“We’ve been transforming our branches from transaction centers to destinations for advice, education and experiences,” Columbus-based spokeswoman Stephanie Gostomski said via email.
In Union County, Chase plans to open next summer in Jerome Village, the Nationwide Realty Investors planned community in Jerome Township. The branch will join Kroger Co.’s newest store, opening in November, in Jerome Village Market, a shopping center at the northeast corner of Route 42 and Ravenhill Parkway.
