The Club Automation program for the Jerome Village Community Center is ready to accept your registration. This software and app will service your Jerome Village Community Center membership for this pool season and beyond. The first step in this process is to set up your account.
To set up your account, please follow the below steps:

- Access your Club Automation profile here: https://jvcommunityc.clubautomation.com/
- Select “access my account”
- Insert your first and last name as listed above
- Enter your primary email address (the email address this communication was sent to)
- Confirm the login email address and password that will be associated with your account
- Confirm your contact information
- Add all household family members and emergency contact information
- Agree to the 2024 Community Center Rules and Regulations and Liability Waiver
Next week, successful registrants will receive a custom membership link. The custom membership link will provide scan-in access to the pool and fitness facility.
There is also an app affiliated with this software. You will receive another communication when the app is ready to download with instructions on how to connect your account.
We are excited about the capabilities of this Club Automation program, which will ultimately allow you to access the building, pool, and fitness center via a unique barcode, purchase and manage special event tickets, receive facility notifications, and more.
