Despite the pandemic, Epcon Communities maintains a positive pace, moving forward with three new housing communities. Rob Krohn, Epcon’s vice president of marketing states that “On the development side, caronavirus hasn’t impacted us.” “We’re actively building homes in our communities… Like every company, we’ve had a pullback in projected sales, but sales are still continuing”.
Epcon will start moving dirt on the Courtyards at Hyland Run in Jerome Village, their second phase to the development. The site work will begin within a month and includes an additional 99 homes. Due to the pace of the first phase, The Courtyards at Jerome Village, the additional patio-home product will feature the same designs: mostly detached, two-bedroom patio homes with an optional second floor bonus space. Prices have not been set but are expected to range from the mid $300,000s to low $500,000s.
Model homes remain open but visitors must schedule appointments instead of simply showing up, or tour the communities online.
